Hawksyn
These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between you and Hyumeans Private Limited, the company that owns and operates the Hawksyn mobile application and related services. The word "you" in this document means the person who creates an account on the Hawksyn application and uses it. The words "we," "us," and "our" mean Hyumeans Private Limited.
By downloading the Hawksyn application from the Google Play Store, creating an account, or using any part of the service, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and that you agree to be bound by them. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first use the application.
These terms apply to all users of Hawksyn regardless of the country they are in. Where specific terms apply to users in a particular country or region, this is stated clearly in the relevant section.
If you are using Hawksyn on behalf of an organisation or company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms. These terms, however, are designed for individual users and the B2C product only. Separate terms apply to any business use of Hawksyn services.
Hawksyn is a Professional Intelligence System. It is a mobile application that reads a user's career record -- including their resume, employment history, skills, and structured career information -- and produces structured intelligence about that career. This intelligence is presented through three main outputs: the Hawksyn Intelligence Profile, the Skill Clocks, and four downloadable career documents.
Hawksyn is owned and operated by Hyumeans Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with the following details:
Hawksyn is recognised as a startup under the Government of India's Startup India programme under DIPP recognition number DIPP246851.
You may use Hawksyn only if you meet all of the following conditions.
If you do not meet these conditions, you are not permitted to use Hawksyn. If we become aware that a user does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate that user's account.
Hawksyn is a Professional Intelligence System. It analyses career evidence and produces structured intelligence outputs. It is important that you understand clearly what this means and what it does not mean, so that you use the service appropriately and with realistic expectations.
What Hawksyn is:
What Hawksyn is not:
The quality and accuracy of Hawksyn's outputs depend directly on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. If you provide incomplete, inaccurate, or false career information, the outputs will not accurately reflect your career.
As a registered user of Hawksyn, you are permitted to do the following things.
The following actions are strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of these actions may result in immediate termination of your account and may expose you to legal liability.
This section is required by the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Amendment Rules 2026, issued by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India, which came into force on 20 February 2026.
All outputs produced by the Hawksyn application -- including the Hawksyn Intelligence Profile, the Skill Clock scores, the CV Improvement Blueprint, the Positioning Talking Points, and the Interview Intelligence document -- are generated by an artificial intelligence powered analysis system.
These outputs are not authored, written, reviewed, or verified by a human career professional as part of the standard service. They are produced through automated analysis of the career evidence you have submitted to the application.
What this means for you:
If you believe that any output produced by Hawksyn about your career is materially inaccurate, you have the right to contact us at support@hawksyn.com to raise your concern. We will review your concern and respond within 15 working days.
Under the Information Technology Act 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021 as amended, Hawksyn is required to take reasonable measures to prevent the storage or transmission of certain categories of unlawful content through its platform.
You must not submit through the Hawksyn application any content that:
Hawksyn reserves the right to remove any content submitted through the application that violates these prohibitions and to immediately terminate the account of any user found to be submitting such content. We are also required by law to report certain categories of unlawful content to the appropriate government authorities.
As required by the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Amendment Rules 2026, Hawksyn will notify all registered users at least once every calendar year of the following.
If you do not comply with these Terms and Conditions, the Hawksyn Privacy Policy, or any applicable laws and regulations while using the Hawksyn application, Hyumeans Private Limited has the right to take one or more of the following actions:
This annual notification will be delivered to you by email to the address registered on your account and by a notice within the Hawksyn application. Continued use of the application after receiving this notification confirms your ongoing acceptance of these terms.
The Hawksyn application allows you to update your career analysis at any time by uploading a new or updated version of your resume or curriculum vitae.
When you upload a new CV, the following happens:
Any documents you previously downloaded to your device -- the HIP PDF, CV Improvement Blueprint, Positioning Talking Points, or Interview Intelligence document -- remain on your device and are not affected by the re-upload. These documents are stored on your device only and are not held on Hawksyn's servers.
You should save or record any information from a previous analysis that you wish to keep before uploading a new CV, because that information will not be recoverable after the upload.
What you own:
You own your personal career data -- the information about your employment history, your skills, your qualifications, and your professional experience that you submit to Hawksyn. Submitting this data to Hawksyn does not transfer ownership of it to us.
You own any documents you download to your device, including the HIP PDF, the CV Improvement Blueprint, the Positioning Talking Points, and the Interview Intelligence document.
What we own:
Hyumeans Private Limited owns the Hawksyn system, including the Profile Signal Discovery Engine, the Skill Clock scoring methodology, the archetype library of 330 professional archetypes, the analysis framework, and the format and structure of all outputs produced by the system.
The outputs produced by Hawksyn -- including your Hawksyn Intelligence Profile and your Skill Clock scores -- are generated by our proprietary system. While the intelligence in those outputs is derived from your career data, the system and methodology used to produce them belong to Hyumeans Private Limited.
The licence you give us:
By submitting your career data to Hawksyn, you grant Hyumeans Private Limited a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free licence to process your career data for the sole purpose of generating your Hawksyn Intelligence Profile, your Skill Clock scores, and your four downloadable documents. This licence does not permit us to share your career data with any third party for any purpose beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy. This licence ends automatically when you delete your account.
Hawksyn's analysis engine produces its outputs based on the career evidence you submit. We design and maintain the engine to produce outputs that are as accurate and useful as possible. However, we make no warranty, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the outputs produced.
You understand and agree that:
To use Hawksyn, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with any other person.
You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. If you believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at support@hawksyn.com.
You may delete your account at any time using the account deletion function inside the Hawksyn application. You do not need to contact us to delete your account. Account deletion is available directly within the application without any additional steps or requirements.
When you delete your account, all personal data associated with your account will be deleted from our servers within 30 days of the deletion request, in accordance with the timelines required by the applicable data protection law in your country.
The Hawksyn application is currently available free of charge to individual users. There is no subscription fee, no one-time payment, and no hidden charge for any feature available at the time of these terms.
We reserve the right to introduce paid features or a paid subscription tier in the future. If we do so, we will notify all registered users by email and by in-app notification at least 30 days before any paid feature affects their current free access. No user will be automatically moved to a paid tier without their explicit consent.
If and when paid features are introduced, the specific terms relating to billing cycles, payment methods, cancellation rights, and refund policies will be communicated to users at that time and will be incorporated into an updated version of these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hyumeans Private Limited shall not be liable for any of the following:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Hawksyn shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Hyumeans Private Limited in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim. Since Hawksyn is currently free, this amount is zero for most users. In such cases, our liability is limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hyumeans Private Limited, its directors, employees, and partners against any claim, loss, damage, or expense -- including reasonable legal fees -- arising from your misuse of the application, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
Hawksyn is provided on an "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep the application available and functioning at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing the service that results from events beyond our reasonable control. These events include but are not limited to:
In the event of a significant service outage, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the nature of the outage and the expected restoration time to registered users through email or through our website at hawksyn.com.

No Third-Party Beneficiaries. These Terms and Conditions do not create any rights in favour of any person who is not a party to this agreement.

When we make material changes to these terms, we will notify you by email to your registered address and by an in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect. The updated terms will clearly state the date from which they apply.
If you continue to use the Hawksyn application after the updated terms have taken effect, you are confirming that you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, you must stop using the application and delete your account before the effective date of the changes.
